FAQ

The security deposit is equal to one month of rent.  The security deposit is made to secure the unit and will stay with the unit until the time of moving out of the unit and checkout.  Deposits are held until tenant moves out, at which time they are fully refundable assuming the unit is restored to its previous condition (normal wear & tear excepted) and no money is owed. Deposits are not ever applied to a month’s rent (i.e. – it is not your first or last month’s rent).

We do allow 2 pets per unit, cats or dogs.  Dogs are $50-$75/month, depending on size, and cats are $30/month.

At our Ankeny location there are garages attached to the unit.  For a 2 bedroom there is a 1 car attached garage, for a 3 bedroom there is a 2 car attached garage.  At our Huxley location there are one car garages available separate from the unit that are $100/month.
